The Avia “Partner Matrix” is part of the assets you get from us from day one. At the first anniversary date of your organization partnering with Avia, your monthly fees will reduce by 5%. At this point you become a “Silver Partner”. The second anniversary fees reduce by another 5% making you a “Gold Partner”. Third anniversary another 5% and you and your organization become members of “The Platinum Partners”. At this tier you will receive an additional 1% off fees yearly, as well as other gifts and opportunities such as special event valet pro bono, passes for local and regional entertainment and gratis marketing.that will be announced on the web site (valet clients only). Rate changes are at Avia's discretion.
On-Site Management: Day to day operations is where the rubber meets the road. We live up to our promise of superior service and support. Each of our clients is assigned an Account Manager. This individual is selected and given the responsibility of managing your needs. Our strategy is to partner you with your account manager for high level synergy . You will never wonder who to discuss future needs or challenges with. Your account manager is there!
Shared Marketing: The word partner is defined as 2 entities joining together to achieve a shared goal. Shared Marketing is just that. We discuss with our clients innovative ways to promote both our clients business and ours. Past successes include:
- Sharing costs on print advertising when our client's ads allow for a “services provided by” section.
-Our attendants greet and serve tens of thousands of guests monthly. Some of our clients choose to take advantage of this exposure by letting us embroider their name or logo on our company jackets or shirts.
-In our valet division, some clients choose for us to leave behind a mint in the guest's car to show appreciation for their patronage.
