Tim Graham and his wife Lara of Mountain Brook Al were having a Christmas party at their home. He thought of Avia Parking first because we provide valet services at one of his favorite restaurants, Los Angeles , in Birmingham , Al. Once we arrived at their home, Mr. Graham and his wife shared with us their goals and challenges for the function. Once we surveyed their situation it was obvious valet was not the solution. The Graham's driveway was extremely steep and somewhat slippery. We had concerns that some of their more seasoned guests may find the walk to their home dangerous. We decided the solution was to provide a shuttle service. There was a nearby office complex owned by a property management company we already did business with. We were able to shuttle his guests from the office parking lot directly to the front door. We provided the necessary signage so the guests knew exactly where to arrive. Mr. and Mrs. Graham shared with us that “the party went great and parking was not a concern all night, which was nice because we thought it was going to be the biggest hurdle. Your attendants did a wonderful job.”
